  • Mike Rurak

When you mean ROI you mean for all costs including the cards?

I'm sorry but these numbers are not correct.

How do you get over $1000 / month mining Ethereum with 6 x 1070 gpus? I only got $270 / month with that calculation? like what is going on?

  • Mustaniz Mohd Yunos

I'm new to mining. Can I give a try with just one Zotac 1070 on my desktop? Windows XP and 10mbps broadband is sufficient?

  • Satish Patel

Thanks sir.. Is it normal to have 65c temperature while mining ETH with gtx 1070 8gb gaming x GPU...?

  • Efraim Monsale

i know mining is not yet dead.. but is it still that profitable?? lending ur money on bitconnect seems more profitable though.

  • Kalbo's life

How many cards are you running to get that rate of return? Thx.

  • FknRa

Wow the salt is real. I'm a gamer. I run 2 970's in SLI and get 140+fps in BF4 with an old i5-2500k, an asrock extreme4 gen3 z68 mobo and a 250gb 850ssd. If you really wanted to play games it's easy to do for cheap. Ya'll just cry because you want the new shiny GPUs. Just wait 6 months and these will be on the used market because that's how the cycle works, the hash difficulty will increase and new cards will be released. And those "MINING" Cards? they use the same chips as the gaming cards, only you have to buy like 50 to be considered for purchase, they also cost more and run slower. So even if they did buy mining cards, it would still cut into the gaming market availability. There's a reason most miners run gaming cards.

I was thinking to do that too, but Ethereum will go PoS soon. Maybe this configuration can be used on other coins that bring about the same amount of money. Do you already have a backup plan ?
