so its 1 dollar a day now, better money selling turtles.
Not Turtley enough for the Turtle Club.
This seems like something that you really would want to calculate in like excel your maths and monies to see if its actually profitable. I've used that website to calculate as actually getting a full grasp on the numbers yourself would be ideal. Perhaps you need more GPU's before you can actually make back your investment in any kind of reasonable timeline?
man.......i never realized how complicated it is to make a dedicated mining rig - or how expensive it would be. I keep seeing various videos about specific aspect of mining, but never any that gives you a step by step guide starting with what you need to build your mining rig, and which companies you should be with to have a wallet for what you mine. Help? :(
By the time you break even for investing the money into all that gear youre gonna be 40 years old...
You should be able to get 1600 hashes more with ease. Each card can get near 2000 hashes. Maybe it's because this is 2 months old but I've even heard of Vega 56s air cooled getting 1900 H a second.
You sound just like @philakone .
@hodlround what kind of turtle is that? hahahah
Electroneum is more profitable?
How do you check your hash rate?
Are all of these registry edits reset upon restart? I'm afraid of messing something up permanently when I stop mining.
Sooo should we get the Vega 56 with bios mod or 64 with power consumption in mind? Might be a video topic.
balling now aye :)) good job.
Cute tortoise, is she a sulcata? It looks like a sulcata from the spurs on the front legs. I️ also think that it is a she because male sulcata tortoises have spiked below their head

So, why did you get rid of the 480 cards? With ethereum a RX 480 should make 30 MH/s per card and a Vega 64 should do 40-43MH/s per card, but with a higher power consumption.
With one Vega card I'm making about 100 a month mining ETH getting 45MH/s if I had 3 I would be making money
New mining pool with low minimum payment of 0.0001 -> http://xmr.openminer.net/ #go go go
AT 5:40 You can hear him FART!!! LOL
What miner do U use? I thought the only one for monero is claymore (cryptonight algo)..
Have you tried mining electroneum with your rig?
for free moneromine using your browser https://goo.gl/vCy6Fhmine using free desktop or phone apphttps://goo.gl/SFcfpKget free monero foucet https://goo.gl/s7pMydenjoy earning !
doesnt seem profitable at current prices. $1500 for Vega 64? at current, based on your specs and wattage, profitability is $434 a month... so it would take 9 months to pay off those cards. It has the same hashing power of 2 1080? but I can get 9 of the 1050ti's for the price of one vega 64 or 2 1080.... not to mention, the 1050's are available everywhere, and they are WAY more profitable... mining XVG on 9 of the 1050's will get you about $1410 a month... and the cards go for $200 or less each... Im not buying into the vega... maybe if they cost $500-600, then they could be profitable. but at $1500+ HELL NO!!!
Which motherboard cpu and ram did you use ?
You leave that 24/7? The noise man...
Thanks, looks good! can you give an update as of Jan, 2018 which card do you recommend for Monero and ETH mining?
Hey I got a question. Does the amount of cards matter much. I have two vega 64 rigs. One is a 5 card rig and the other has 1. The amount of shares both solve are pretty similar. Usually the 1 card rig gets 10 shares less but thats not a big difference. Ive been doing a test on both of them and thats what I’ve noticed. Theyd get the same amount of shares around 15-17min of mining. I mine ETN on Cast. For reference, each card hashes avg 1980hs/s. Can you fill me in if it matters. Just curious because i was thinking of running one or two card rigs instead of 5. Thanks!
With usual underclocks+undervolts which the entire vega community is doing didn't work for me to gain 2000+ h/s.. I had to do my own clock and increase the power limit to 20%. This gave me stable 2050+ h/s per vega but however the temps are between 65-70 degrees. Are these temps safe for the long run (2+ yrs) ??? What are the safest temps for long term vega mining ? Im willing to bear electricity charges by cooling the ambience in AC and that's how im managing the temps between 65-70....Please advice..... @HODLround thanks !!!

Wtf? 2k h/s?An average gpu has 20 mh/s!
A Vega Radeon 64 is about 1,900$ on ebay right now. So in about 3 years your rig will pay for itself, lol.
Wow that is nice 3 monero now is like $1000 usd
hi 3 X RX VEGA 56 8GB (MSI, XFX, SAPPHIRE) H/S 5506 ?this video card H / S is 5506?H / S values at http://monerobenchmarks.info/?please help me ?
Hi my friend i need help about mining rig maybe buy from here https://tbminer.com/collections/monero-miner/products/cryptonight-mining-rig-for-monero-10000h-s-5
Can I mine ETH of this card. What about ETH mining n what come out hashrate ???????????
The best video that’s very detailed on the mining rig. Great Job 👏🏽
Love the tortoise, my wife and I have a 110lb Sulcatta tortoise. Good looking rigs, currently running a 10x RX580 rig, but looking into building a new Vega rig in the next month. Thanks for the tips!
Can you switch this rig over to mine ETH if you wanted to?
Hi good to see its working for many but for mine rig its not i have 4 vega 56 and out of 4 it works only on 1 vega which gives around 1810-1830 Hsh and maintian temp of 65-72 celc but remaining 3 get heated 84-85 Celc and low down their Hsh speed around 1200-1400 which is low as compare 1800+ can you suggest me any tweak which can maintain all temperature cool like my 1st vega. Thanks
I hate your fucking videos with false information. How does it say 130w! Then confirm that they are 560 Watts! ?? 560/3 = 186.6 W
Hey bro, can you share the settings for your powerplay table? I currently run at 2k h/s but the volatge is way higher than yours, around 250 watts.
mate you should be getting 8kh atleast 2100h each
nice rig, i have a 6x rx550 rig it does 3000h/s with 175 watts
please can u help i am getting 1800 h/s on my vega 56 boost not mining there all errors on cast miner what am i doing wrong
